The following provisions apply to visitors while browsing this site and when using the (optional) contact forms.

The site ensures the collection and processing of Personal Data in respect of privacy and in accordance with legislation on the protection of personal data (Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties and General Data Protection Regulation o of 27 April 2016 (GDPR)).

The person responsible for the collection and processing of your Personal Data is the Ramsay Générale de Santé group, including any company controlled by it within the meaning of article L 233-1 of the French Commercial Code.

The Personal Data processed are those collected through the contact forms filled in by the site visitor and which are then transmitted to the group's subsidiaries and establishments likely to provide the information and answers requested.

It is also possible for the visitor to subscribe to a newsletter providing news about the establishments and the Ramsay Générale de Santé group.

In particular, the following Personal Data is collected for these purposes:

  • surname, first name ;
  • telephone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • any other information entered in the free-form text box provided.

The site also reserves the possibility of recognising the user's terminal when he connects, through the use of cookies. The data obtained in this way is intended solely for the purpose of collecting statistics with a view to optimising the site.

Refusal to install a cookie may make it impossible to access certain Services. The Personal Data collected remains within the entities of the Ramsay Générale de Santé group to which it is sent. The data is not exported in any way, in particular to countries that are not members of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

All the technical and organisational security measures necessary to protect your Personal Data are implemented.

The Personal Data collected is kept only for the time necessary for the purposes pursued, except for statistical or historical purposes, and always within the limits prescribed by regulations or recommended by the supervisory authorities. Thus, connection logs, cookies and other tracers set up on our Site will be kept for a maximum period of 13 months.

Visitors to the site whose data is processed benefit from the rights provided for in articles 38 et seq. of the amended "Information Technology and Civil Liberties" law and in articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing or use of their personal data for canvassing purposes.

He also has the possibility to access his personal data and to request its correction, deletion, limitation and portability.

Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of article 111 of decree n°2019-536 of 29 May 2019, we inform you that health data collected during a stay in a Health Establishment may be reused for research, study or evaluation purposes.
