Maria Arnoux

Maria is a graduate of ESSEC Business School. She began her career at the consultancy firm BearingPoint in 2010 as a Strategy and Human Resources Consultant. In late 2012, she joined the HR & Change Management team at Sopra Steria Consulting, where she supported medium and large enterprises with their organisational and talent transformations. 

In 2018, Maria joined Accenture, where she progressed from Manager to Senior Manager and then Principal Director within the Talent & Organisation division. 

She joined Ramsay Santé in March 2026.
