The Board of Directors, who met on 8 December 2022, decided to renew Pascal Roché's mandate as Chief Executive Officer. He is entrusted with continuing to implement the Yes We Care 2025 strategic plan and seizing the growth opportunities that will enable Ramsay Santé to meet the changing needs of patients and society, as well as continuing the Group's transformation over the longer term.
